Welcome to Move4Love - a New Spin on Wellness

Move4Love is the only mind-body workout in the world that brings together the practices of stretching, breathwork, gratitude and mindful ‘rave’. The unique combination of energising, calming and fun experiences help revitalise not only your emotional and mental wellbeing, but also your physical self.

Created by Dr Avi Ratnanesan (aka DJ1 Conscious) – a doctor, global wellness expert and professional DJ, the different elements incorporated into each class have been carefully designed to deliver the ultimate mind-body experience.

Class Schedule

Classes run anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes depending on the class program.

Currently our classes are livestreamed online meaning you can participate wherever you are – at home, in a gym, park, healthcare facility – basically anywhere with an internet connection! We will also soon be running classes at community events around the world.

Our Instructors

Our classes are run by Dr Avi (DJ 1Conscious) and other qualified Move4Love instructors.

Look out for special guests including talented DJ’s, musicians and dancers who feature in our classes from time to time!

Our Purpose

Move4Love classes came out of the bigger Move4Love movement created by Dr Avi centred around music, dance and wellness. This global movement aims to create a safe space and supportive community for people of all ages, fitness levels, cultures and backgrounds to experience mindful practice and movement in alcohol and drug-free environments.

Pricing

Because we want everyone to be able to benefit from the positive mental and physical effects of a Move4Love class, we’ve made our programs either free or by donation at very affordable rates; so you can experience this powerful yet calming class whatever your circumstances might be!

FAQ

Certainly not – we’ve had everyone from 17 to 71 year olds who have participated in a class and they all loved it! Our goal is to provide a space where people of all ages and fitness levels can come to work on their mind and body and feel enlightened, uplifted and stronger afterwards.

As we’re an evolving movement, currently classes run every two weeks. However, we’re looking at running more classes as our community of MOVERRS (members) and instructors grows. Do reach out if you’re interested in finding our more.
