Move4Love is the only mind-body workout in the world that brings together the practices of stretching, breathwork, gratitude and mindful ‘rave’. The unique combination of energising, calming and fun experiences help revitalise not only your emotional and mental wellbeing, but also your physical self.
All of our classes and events are livestreamed online, making them COVID-safe and a great way to improve your wellbeing in a safe environment during these challenging times.
We run online Mindful Wellness Rave classes and Events throughout the year for individuals wanting to positively transform how they feel!
From mums with kids, young singles, and the elderly – to wellness enthusiasts, the mobility-impaired and sober-curious, Move4Love is suitable for everyone who is looking for a way to have fun and improve their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Classes run anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes depending on the class program; and are currently livestreamed online meaning it’s COVID-safe and you can participate wherever you are – at home, in a gym, park, healthcare facility – basically anywhere with an internet connection! We will also soon be running classes at community events around the world.
Because we want everyone to be able to benefit from the positive effects of a Move4Love experience, whatever your circumstances may be, we’ve made our classes and events either free or by donation. Your donation goes towards helping us run these events which help improve the physical, emotional, and mental health of attendees (particularly those in lockdown).
We also partner with event organisers, not-for-profits, government organisations and commercial businesses to perform at a variety of events and programs.

Certainly not – we’ve had everyone from 17 to 71 year olds who have participated in a class and they all loved it! Our goal is to provide a space where people of all ages and fitness levels can come to work on their mind and body and feel enlightened, uplifted and stronger afterwards.
As we’re an evolving movement, currently classes run every two weeks. However, we’re looking at running more classes as our community of MOVERRS (members) and instructors grows. Do reach out if you’re interested in finding our more.
